Returns

You want to return an item? No problem!

Should an item, contrary to expectations, not meet your requirements, you can exercise your right of withdrawal. A cancellation is possible up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. For more detailed information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions and the section Right of Withdrawal.

Here's how:

Please first contact our customer service either via the contact form or by email at: info@firstaustria.eu and register your return request. You will then receive further information regarding your return.

Please note that the return shipping costs are to be borne by you - excluded are returns for orders within Germany, Austria, and France.

However, if it is a wrong delivery or damaged goods, you will of course be reimbursed for the return shipping costs incurred in any case. If you are entitled to a refund of the return shipping costs, please keep the proof of postage carefully, as this is the only way we can refund your costs!

Note on your return:

We can only guarantee a quick processing of your return if we have all the information about your order. Each item must be returned in the condition in which you received it. New items must also be new and unused and complete upon return.

Used items must not have any additional signs of wear or damage. Once the return has been received and checked by us, we will refund the amount within a maximum of 14 days.
