The grill plate can be easily cleaned with a soft brush or sponge and a mixture of water and dish soap. For stubborn residue, we recommend covering the grill plate with a damp cloth for around 60 minutes before cleaning.

Never use abrasive materials to clean the grill plate and do not put it in the dishwasher. The coating of the grill plate is very sensitive and must be handled with care.

The thermostat is calibrated to approximately 200°C at the MAX setting, which refers to the plate temperature. This means that the temperature inside the lid is then approximately 150°C, which can be read on the thermometer on the outside.

Please note that an electric grill cannot be compared to a classic charcoal grill, which reaches much higher temperatures. However, the temperature performance of our electric grill is more than sufficient to cook your food perfectly in a short amount of time.

No, we do not offer a cover hood for the grill.

The grill is easy to assemble. An explanation of all parts can be found in the instruction manual included in the delivery. If you need additional help, there are several instructional videos available on YouTube.

Thoroughly clean the grill plate, drip tray, and metal hood. Then operate the grill at the highest heat setting for approximately five minutes with the metal hood closed and without any food on it. When using the product for the first time, residues from the manufacturing process may cause a slightly unpleasant smell and a little smoke.
