Eligibility

Eligible to participate are natural persons residing in Austria, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, or Luxembourg who are at least 18 years old. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

Participation period

The current giveaway and its participation period are announced in the relevant social media post. Participation is no longer possible after the stated deadline.

Participation

The specific participation requirements (e.g. following the account, commenting on the post) are described in the relevant social media post. Each participant may enter only once per giveaway. Multiple entries via different accounts from the same person will not be considered.

Prize and prize determination

The type and number of prizes are stated in the relevant social media post. Winners are selected after the participation period ends, based on the criteria stated in the post. Selection is made by the organizer. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. The prize is non-transferable.

Notification and redemption

Winners are notified via direct message on the relevant platform or by comment. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the claim to the prize lapses. Shipping is limited to addresses within the countries listed under "Eligibility."

Exclusion from participation

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these terms, provide false information, or use unfair means.

No legal recourse

Participation is voluntary. Legal recourse is excluded. There is no entitlement to participation, execution, or payout of a prize in any form other than the one announced.

Liability

The organizer is not liable for technical failures that prevent or delay participation, unless caused by the organizer.

This giveaway is not connected to Meta Platforms Inc. and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta. The organizer is the sole point of contact for this giveaway.

Data protection

Data processed as part of participation (e.g. username, comment content) is used exclusively to administer the giveaway. For details on data processing, see the [privacy policy].

Changes and early termination

The organizer reserves the right to terminate the giveaway early or amend these terms for good cause.
