About the product

This electric pressure cooker with 6-litre capacity covers the full range of modern kitchen technology — from fast pressure cooking to precise sous vide preparation at 25–90 °C. 12 preset programs, three selectable pressure levels, and a backlit LCD display make operation clear and straightforward. Select a program, press start — done.

How do I put the valve back on?

1.) Peel off the aluminium cover from the inside of the lid.

2.) Remove the sealing ring from the valve.

3.) Insert the valve through the corresponding opening at the top of the lid.

4.) On the opposite side, reattach the sealing ring to the valve. (To prevent the valve from slipping back whilst attaching the sealing ring, it is best to hold it in place with a suitable skewer, stick or screwdriver.) Once fitted, the valve must be able to move slightly up and down.

5.) Then reattach the aluminium cover – done.

What programmes are available?

There are 12 different programmes, including settings for beans, cakes, rice, soup, porridge, a preset setting and a keep-warm function.

The lid won't close?

The large sealing ring on the lid is not fitted correctly. Make sure the sealing ring is clean and sits fully against the cover plate.

Can't open the lid?

The pressure inside the pressure cooker is still too high. Release the pressure by turning the pressure release valve to the ‘Release Pressure’ position.

Is steam escaping from the lid?

The large sealing ring is not fitted to the lid. → Fit the sealing ring correctly to the inside of the lid.
The lid’s sealing ring is too dirty. → Clean the sealing ring.
The lid is not closed. → Lock the lid.

Is steam escaping from the pressure valve? Pressure cooker

The seal ring on the float valve is dirty. Clean the small seal ring on the float valve.

What do the error codes mean?

E1 → Sensor disconnected/malfunction
E2 → Sensor short circuit
E4 → Pressure switch disconnected/malfunction
