Welche Arten von Kochgeschirr kann ich verwenden?

Sie können normale Töpfe und Pfannen mit flachem Boden nutzen, die für hohe Temperaturen geeignet sind. Bei uns heißt es: „für alle Ihre Kochgeschirre mit flachem Boden, das für hohe Temperaturen standhält.“

Wichtig ist: Der Topfboden sollte absolut flach aufliegen, damit Wärme gleichmäßig übertragen wird.

Wie schnell heizt das Gerät auf – und wie ist die Regelung?

Die Infrarottechnologie sorgt dafür, dass das Kochfeld in etwa 30 Sekunden auf ca. 300 °C aufheizt. Die Temperatur wird über eine stufenlose bzw. thermostatgesteuerte Regelung eingestellt.

Welche Sicherheits- und Reinigungsaspekte muss ich beachten?

Sicherheitsaspekte:

Das Gerät nur auf sauberer, ebenen, hitzebeständigen Fläche aufstellen.
Auf Abstand zur Wand und gute Luftzirkulation oberhalb des Geräts achten.
Kinder sollten beaufsichtigt werden, da das Gerät sehr heiß werden kann.
Nur für privaten Gebrauch und Innenräume vorgesehen.

Reinigung:

Die Glaskeramikplatte lässt sich mit einem leicht angefeuchteten Tuch und einem neutralen Reinigungsmittel säubern.

Keine scheuernden oder ätzenden Reinigungsmittel verwenden – sie könnten die Oberfläche beschädigen.

Gibt es Besonderheiten oder Einschränkungen bei Nutzung oder Pflege?

Ja. Einige Hinweise:

Da es sich um eine Einzelkochplatte mit einer Zone handelt, ist die Fläche begrenzt – große Töpfe oder viele kleinere werden vielleicht nicht ideal nebeneinander gestellt.
Geräte- und Kabelbeschädigungen müssen von qualifiziertem Service geprüft werden.
Die Oberfläche bleibt nach dem Abschalten noch eine Weile heiß – „Rest-Hitze“ beachten.
Nur zur Nutzung in Innenräumen. Kein Dauerbetrieb im Freien ohne entsprechenden Schutz.
